My Berry Smoothie!
This berry combo provides nutrients needed for healthy hair, skin, and nails.
The berries offer a healthy dose of B and C vitamins. The Greek yogurt contains necessary calcium and probiotic bacteria to support a well functioning digestive system.
Ingredients:
8 strawberries
A handful of blueberries
6 ice cubes
A generous dose of Greek Yogurt
A lash of milk
So here's what to do!
1. Wash all the fruit and cut off the yucky bits! Throw the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
2. Mix them all together and roughly judge whether you need anymore yoghurt/milk to make the texture thick :)
I'll start on these on Thursday! Feel privileged Wallis, at Tesco's prices for strawberries I could get about 10 McDonald's brekkies!

ReplyDeleteI didn't realise you had a blog until I was having an Instagram session this morning, so anywayyyy, I thought I'd pop over and say hello.
This looks lovely too, normally they're full of bananas which are horrid so I'll definitely be giving this a go.
Also, it'd be great if you could add a way to follow, like Google Friend Connect (Settings, layout, add a gadget, followers) and/or Bloglovin'.
